The “NDE people” claim that we take these incredible challenges on prior to being born here because we are hidden giants playing an all too real roleplaying game in order to grow spiritually.

I hope this quest works out for you two! ❤️

I'll be honest, it's not quite true that our fate is sealed on Yom Kippur. We have until the end of the holiday of Sukkot (another 11 days) to try and change our fate for the better. It's called the holiday of joy for a reason, there's a phrase in the Talmud "simcha poretz geder, joy breaks through all barriers". If the supplications of the ten days from Rosh Hashanah through Yom Kippur were not enough to overturn any dark tidings headed our way, then the joy of Sukkot, a celebration of all the good G-d has done for us in our lives, should be (more than) enough to turn them to good.

May you be able to find joy in the time you currently have with each other, and may you and Jake be sealed for a good year. Chag Sameach.
